Failed orders are automatically retried up to 3 times. If a paid order still cannot complete, we arrange a refund to the original payment method and show Refund being arranged until it is completed. We notify you when its status changes.
No — wrong-number orders are not refundable (this is standard across the industry). Please verify the number twice before paying. Our system warns you if the number's prefix doesn't match the selected network.
